The Board is interested in your perspective on whether or not a cell tower should be built in the Forest to pay for Forest-Watershed operating costs.  To be eligible to complete the Survey, your home or property must be located within the area served by the Arch Cape Domestic Water Supply District.  Up to 2 owners/residents of the property can complete a survey.
