This is a State mandated project to improve Asbury Creek conditions in order to encourage fish passage.  Completion date:  Fall 2027.

District must move, 200 feet upstream, the point at which we take water from Asbury Creek.  Once that is done, the State will remove/ replace the culvert under highway 101 with a bridge.  District will then replace/ reroute current in-ground water main with one that is attached to the undercarriage of the bridge.
