The below are the Districts' policies for appealing charges on a bill.

To appeal the charges on a bill, please complete and submit either the electronic or paper Billing Appeal Form.

If appropriate, the same form can be submitted for both Districts.

Use this form to submit your information electronically. Fill out the fields and click the SUBMIT button at the end.

Use this form to submit your appeal on paper. Mail it or bring it to the district offices.
