The Arch Cape Domestic Water Supply District and the Arch Cape Sanitary District are distinct, separate legal entities governed with a common purpose.

The service areas for the sanitary district include that of the Arch Cape water district and the Cannon View Park (CVP) water district, which is  in the northern end of the community.

Board Members (Directors) are volunteers who serve without compensation and are elected in Clatsop County special district elections to four year terms.

The employees of the water district  provide service to both the water district and the sanitary district with costs being shared under an intergovernmental agreement (IGA).

Regular monthly meetings of the Boards  are held on the third Thursday of each month at 5:00 PM.  Meetings will be held at the Arch Cape Fire Hall and via Zoom which may be accessed through links available on the Home page.  The public is welcome.
